Bach Flower Remedies

Founder and the story behind it Bach Flower Remedies were created by Dr. Edward Bach, a visionary doctor who believed true health comes from emotional balance. In the early 20th century, he left his successful London medical practice to explore a more natural way of healing—one that treats people, not just symptoms. Dr. Bach believed that many illnesses start with our emotions. If we are feeling anxious, angry, hopeless, or out of balance for a long time, it can affect our body and overall health. Real healing, for him, meant bringing our emotions, mind, and body back into harmony. Dr. Bach searched for plants with gentle healing properties. He discovered 38 flowers, each connected to a specific emotional state such as fear, stress, sadness, indecisiveness or lack of confidence.
How does Bach Flowers work? The flowers are carefully prepared into gentle remedies, designed to restore harmony between mind, body, and emotions. When feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in a negative emotion, the matching remedy helps balance those feelings. It can vary from challenges in relationships with self and others - at school or at work Based on the deeper emotions - Bach flowers are identified and bottled for your usage. Simple, natural, and safe, these remedies are a trusted companion for those seeking emotional well-being, mindfulness, and resilience in today’s fast-paced world.
